"I recently purchased my home with the help of Brenda using the Employee Housing Incentive Program available to City of DSM employees. Along with the $15,000 grant from this program, she also helped secure benefits from the Iowa Finance Authority's down payment assistance program which provided 5% of the purchase price to cover down payment, pre-paid taxes, and closing costs. She ultimately helped me secure a home with over $30,000 in down payment assistance from these two programs.
